Manufacturing
SRM works with modern machinery and covers a broad spectrum of various production techniques. We can produce all mechanical components in-house, from prototypes to large-scale productions. SRM largely has identical machinery in both Switzerland and India, which facilitates an efficient exchange of data and employees. The close cooperation of the two locations enables us to guarantee our customers the greatest possible production security.
Surfaces
In many cases, a component is not completed upon its mechanical manufacture. Surface technicians help optimize the characteristics of a material. SRM has numerous partners in this field in Switzerland. In contrast, in India all standard surface treatments are conducted in our own plant, including galvanic processes, hardening, lacquering and the imprinting of components.
Assembly
With our optimally equipped assembly stations and the constant training and further instruction of our employees, we create the ideal conditions for high-quality final assembly. The assembly infrastructure is adapted to the needs of our customers and their products in the process.
